Established in 1979, PACIFIC INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AGENCIES, INC. (PISAI) is a duly-licensed manning agency authorized by the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment through its administrative body, the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to recruit Filipino seafarers for employment on board foreign shipping principals.

Filipino seafarers have earned the reputation as one of the most hardworking, dedicated, skilled and reliable workers who can perform their jobs even with the least supervision. They can easily adapt with colleagues of different races and nationalities due to their knowledge and fluency in the English language.
